MIS Executive

Responsibilities

* Coordinate with field staff/coordinators to collect, compile and verify field data on a regular basis.
* Maintain and update the Management Information System (MIS) with accurate project and beneficiary data.
* Prepare periodic MIS reports, data summaries and dashboards for management and donors/funders.
* Manage and update the Trust's website - content updates, uploads, and coordination with web developers/vendors.
* Coordinate with the Admin team on day-to-day office and multi-tasking requirements as needed.
* Maintain data confidentiality, backups and proper documentation of all MIS records.
* Support the leadership with data analysis and reports as required for planning and review.

Required Skills:
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and MS Office.
* Basic knowledge of website management / CMS platforms
* Strong data management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
* Ability to coordinate effectively with field teams and the Admin department.
* Good written and verbal communication skills in Telugu and English.

Qualifications:
1. Any Graduate
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, data management tools.
3. Fresher-1 years Experience
Salary: Rs. 15,000-20,000
