Qualification - Graduate in Textile Design
Experienced candidate will be preffered

Key Responsible Areas - Training Executive

Primary Responsibilities - Training for Textiles and its product design

1. Planning and execute training programs (Conducting session, Classes,Training modules, Day wise training activities, monitoring and assessment)
2. Documentation and MIS data of training.
3. Maintaining all relevant communication with other departments of the organization.
4.Arranging all required materials and manpower for training execution.
5. Co-ordinate, monitor on & off campus all textile related activities/ trainings.
6. Ensure highest quality of training programs and upkeeping of records.
7. To coordinate with product development team to develop samples as per market need and ensuring its timely delivery to the customer.
8. Communicate with the project stakeholders regarding the assurance of original designs and update the daily/weekly progress report.
9. Maintaining record of sample and new design development of product
10. Discharge duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time in the best interest of the organisation including transfers and promotions.

Secondary Responsibilities
11. Align to various programmes organised by the group entities under ESAF
