* JOB DESCRIPTION:*

Kisan Community Radio, Basti is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Radio Station Manager to oversee daily operations and community outreach.

The selected candidate will manage digital content, coordinate radio programming, and handle administrative duties.

* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

* Traveling to rural areas.
* Interacting with local farmers and communities.
* Conducting impactful on-field interviews to bring grassroots stories to the mainstream.

* REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:*

* *Qualification:* Post Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
* *Experience:* Minimum 3 years of active working experience in social sector / NGO.
* *Technical Skills:* Strong proficiency in computer operations & social media.
* *Communication:* Fluency in both Hindi and English.
* *Mobility:* Willingness to travel to villages for field interviews.
* *Remuneration:* Fixed monthly honorarium of 20,000/-
