Mode of submission
|
Bidders are required to submit their proposals by email only using the two-bid system. The subject line of each email must clearly indicate the type of proposal, as follows:
- Technical Proposal – Procurement of IT Equipment and Accessories
- Financial Proposal – Procurement of IT Equipment and Accessories
The Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal must be submitted simultaneously as separate emails, with each proposal enclosed in a password-protected file. The password for each proposal shall be shared only upon request by the procuring authority only the email id procurement1@allianceindia.org.

1. Invitation for Proposal
India HIV/AIDS Alliance (Alliance India) invites electronic/password protected proposals from eligible and qualified Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), authorized distributors, dealers, and system integrators for the supply, delivery, installation (where applicable), and warranty support of Information Technology (IT) Equipment and Accessories required for implementation of health programmes across India.
This procurement will be undertaken through a competitive bidding process in accordance with Alliance India's procurement principles of fairness, transparency, value for money, competition, integrity, and accountability.
Interested bidders meeting the preliminary examination and technical evaluation criteria are invited to submit Financial Proposals in accordance with the requirements outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
2. About India HIV/AIDS Alliance
India HIV/AIDS Alliance (Alliance India) is a leading non-government organization dedicated to strengthening India's response to HIV/AIDS, public health, and community systems. Through partnerships with government agencies, civil society organizations, community-based organizations, donors, and development partners, Alliance India works to improve equitable access to quality healthcare services for vulnerable and key populations.
Alliance India implements programmes across multiple states through technical assistance, capacity building, advocacy, research, procurement support, and programme management while maintaining the highest standards of governance, transparency, and financial accountability
3. Objective of the Procurement
The objective of this procurement is to identify one or more technically qualified and financially capable suppliers for the supply of high-quality IT equipment and accessories to support programme implementation across multiple locations in India.
