About the Position
UPHOLD is looking for a dynamic and motivated 'CSR & Corporate Partnerships Coordinator' to strengthen the organization’s engagement with corporates, foundations, and other institutional stakeholders and support the development of strategic partnerships for its social development programmes.

The position will involve coordinating with corporate and institutional partners, understanding their social impact priorities, preparing project concepts and proposals, and supporting effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop relationships with corporates, foundations, and institutional partners.
Research CSR and corporate social impact priorities and identify relevant partnership opportunities.
Develop project concepts, proposals, budgets, presentations, and other partnership documents.
Coordinate with programme teams to prepare project information, impact reports, and supporting documentation.
Communicate with corporate and institutional stakeholders through email, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Maintain a database of corporate and institutional contacts, opportunities, proposals, and partnership status.
Coordinate meetings, presentations, field visits, and other engagement activities with prospective partners.
Support preparation of organizational profiles, programme briefs, impact stories, and other communication materials.
Track proposals and partnership discussions and ensure timely follow-up.
Assist the management in developing long-term corporate and institutional partnerships.

Desired Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
Good understanding of CSR and corporate social impact initiatives.
Ability to conduct online research and identify potential institutional partnerships.
Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, email communication, and online research.
Willingness to travel for meetings and programme visits when required.
Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in CSR coordination, corporate relations, institutional partnerships, proposal development, NGO programme coordination, or development-sector communications will be preferred.

Remuneration: Upto 30000 INR per month based on experience
