Job Description: -
1. Conducting Life-skills Sessions:
a. Session Planning as per format
b. Conducting 15 Life skill sessions for all batches based on the content provided to you. Ensure to not conduct random sessions without preparations.
c. Do session preparation in advance & keep the required props for the session ready.
d. Allocate atleast 1 field visit assignment/ project work, every month for practical exposure of students (post office, police station, Bank, PHC/ CHC, gram panchayat/ Nagar panchayat office, etc.)
e. Maintain the Life skills classroom neat, clean & inspiring for students.
2. Tracking of LSS
a. Ensure and collect all student’s projects and review them for appropriate feedback.
b. Do reflection with students, take feedback from them post every session, analyze the same and come out with observations and findings from the same on a monthly basis in your outcomes.
c. Share your observations about students to respective team members
(Facilitator/ Counselor/ Project Coordinator) if it is concerning & as a team, we need to work for the betterment of the student.

3. Students Home Visits
a. Plan home visits as per allocation and make reports which should be filed in the student’s file.

4. Teamwork and participation in other project activities
a. Actively participate and contribute to all organizational and team events and processes (Mobilization, home visits, alumni tracking & other team events)
Do take up & complete allocated work as assigned based on project need.

Deliverables: -
1. Updating of LSS Tracker on a weekly basis.
2. Make Home Visit reports of allocated students
3. Students’ attendance for all the batches separately.
4. Maintaining daily update book
5. Updating alumni tracker for allocated students.
