1. MARKET DEVELOPMENT EXPERT – 01 POSITION
Employment: Full-Time
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; B.Sc. Agriculture will be preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in agro-product marketing, rural enterprise development, FPOs or related fields.
Language Skills: Proficiency in regional languages of South Rajasthan, including Mewari, Rajasthani and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct local and district-level market assessments for bio-inputs and agro-products.
• Identify potential buyers, dealers, institutions and new market opportunities.
• Develop procurement, sales and distribution linkages for raw materials and finished products.
• Develop and strengthen market linkages for the FPO-led enterprise.
• Monitor market prices, demand, sales and profitability.
• Maintain records of procurement, sales, buyers, pricing and revenue.
• Support product promotion, branding, packaging and market expansion.
• Facilitate sustainable business linkages between farmers, FPOs and markets.
