FARM CARETAKER – 01 POSITION
Employment: Full-Time / On-site
Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in farm maintenance, agriculture, rural-based activities or similar work.
Language Skills: Proficiency in regional languages of South Rajasthan, including Mewari, Rajasthani and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure daily care, cleanliness and upkeep of the farm and IBRC premises.
• Assist the Farm Supervisor in routine farm and BRC operations.
• Support collection, handling, loading and storage of biomass materials.
• Assist in basic farm activities, maintenance and resource management.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of tools, equipment and facilities.
• Assist in production, packaging, storage and dispatch activities as required.
• Report equipment damage, maintenance needs and operational issues promptly.
• Support farmer demonstrations and other field activities at the IBRC.
