AMS (www.amsindia.org) is a research-based consulting organization, working with various Govt. Departments and International Agencies (World Bank, Unicef, UNDP, WFP etc.). Our major areas of work include Rural Development, Livelihoods, Water & Sanitation, Financial Inclusion, Education, Public Health, Women & Child Development, Nutrition, etc.
To lead and manage all the field-based survey & research activities, we require young & enthusiastic professionals for the mentioned position.

Job Responsibility
- Responsible for recruitment, training & supervision of local field staff in Maharashtra or any other neighbouring state(s)
- Travel extensively in the project villages in their allotted state(s)
- Responsible for ensuring quality and timely completion of the project work in their allotted state(s)
- Liaisoning with the senior Govt. Officials and other stakeholders in their allotted state(s)
- Preparation of detailed field progress reports of the projects running in their allotted state(s)
- Any other official task given from time-to-time
Eligibility
- PG in Social Sciences / Rural & Urban Development / Social Work, etc.
- The person must be a native of the state applying for
- Preference will be given to those candidates who have leadership skills
- Willingness to travel extensively in their allotted state(s), up to village level
- Knowledge of the native language (Read, Write & Speak) for the state applied for is essential
- Age Group: 20-35 years (Freshers and experienced, both are welcome to apply)
Remuneration
Rs. 30,000/- per month + DA + TA + Mobile Expenses (as per company norms). For more details regarding the TA/DA norms, please visit our website.
Appointment
This is a full-time regular position. Initially, the individuals will be appointed on a probationary basis. After successful completion of the probation period, the candidates would be absorbed by the organization with benefits, such as Health Insurance, Provident Fund, Self-Development Allowance, etc.
