Salary Range : CTP INR 25,000 to 30,000 per month
(Maximum 10% hike on the last drawn salary is standard)

Role Overview
The Community and Field Coordinator will serve as the frontline representative of the project. The successful candidate will be responsible for community mobilization and ensuring effective project implementation at the grassroots level. Managing project-related MIS and maintaining documentation in English are core components of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mobilize communities and identify out-of-school girls.
• Coordinate field-level activities, including enrollment drives.
• Maintain close relationships with parents, local leaders, and schools.
• Monitor attendance, learning progress, and provide feedback.
• Developing Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly reports in English with close guidance of Program Manager.
Required Competencies:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in grassroots community engagement.
Language Skills: Strong command of written and spoken Hindi and English, alongside fluency in the local language, Rajasthani.
Core Values: A deep commitment to gender equity, inclusivity, and child rights.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry for MIS management.
