Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile professional who can effectively manage projects and develop winning project proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of project management, proposal development, and team leadership.

Role of the Program Coordinator:
This program is being implemented under the 'Community Mental Health Program' (CMHP) to address mental health needs in the Betul and Multai blocks of Betul District, Madhya Pradesh. The Program Coordinator is responsible for the overall implementation, quality, supervision, monitoring, and performance of the Community Mental Health Program (CMHP) within the assigned district/block. The Program Coordinator is accountable for ensuring that all program activities are implemented as per the guidelines, targets are achieved, staff are supervised and supported, beneficiaries receive quality services, and community systems are strengthened for long-term sustainability

Requirements:
