Qualification:
• MBBS
• MD/DNB in Community Medicine / Preventive & Social Medicine preferred.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Design and strengthen public-health programmes based on community needs and epidemiological evidence.
• Develop programme strategies, implementation plans, SOPs, protocols and technical guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance for community screening, health camps, outreach, health promotion and disease-prevention programmes.
• Support programmes related to MCH, NCDs, communicable diseases, cancer screening, nutrition and other public-health priorities.
• Develop programme indicators, targets and monitoring frameworks and analyse programme data to identify gaps and trends.
• Support programme evaluations, operational research, KAP studies, impact assessments and preparation of technical reports.
• Develop training modules and provide technical mentoring and supportive supervision to project teams.
• Coordinate with MoHFW, State Health Departments, NHM, district administration and government health institutions.
• Conduct field visits and technical reviews to assess programme quality and recommend corrective measures.
• Provide technical inputs for concept notes, proposals, donor reports, logical frameworks and theories of change.
