Your Role
This role is responsible for designing, coordinating, reviewing and planning for capcity building programs in the region ( both internal to CRY teams as well as for consultatants/partners. This person would also be responsbile for doing assessments of the impact of CB programs in the region and report as required. Further, this position would also be taking lead report writing for donors as well as supporting the regional program team members in developing proposals as per the brief. This position would also be responsible for directly handling assigned DI implementation and partnership management by the GM region.
Key Responsibilities:
The SM – Programme, West will lead programme planning, project development and partner capacity building in alignment with CRY’s regional and organisational strategy.
The role will oversee project implementation, performance monitoring, PME reviews, budgets, disbursements and financial utilisation, ensuring compliance with CRY’s PME and Grant Sanction processes.
The position will also coordinate with internal stakeholders and partners, support proposal and donor reporting, identify new projects and partnerships, and represent CRY with external stakeholders.
The role will ensure effective delivery, documentation, resource utilisation and overall programme quality across assigned initiatives in the West region.
You:
• Post-graduate in Social Work / Sociology / Rural Development / Rural Management/NGO Management/Project planning.
• Minimum 8 yrs of experience, preferably in developmental project implementation, proposal development, CB and training of field implementers as well as designing of CB programs.
• Report writing skills would be an added advantage.
• The candidate should be a team player and should have excellent communication and liaising skills.
• She/he should have designed and implemented CB initiatives and should have the latest knowledge and skills in CB. A fair understanding of ground realities in the development sector would be desirable.
