Job Description

A leading charitable eye bank in Mumbai is looking for a reliable, responsible and hardworking Office Attendant to support day-to-day office and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with routine office and administrative work.
Handle inward and outward documents, files and office correspondence.
Deliver and collect documents, letters and other materials as required.
Deliver eye donation kits and other required materials to various affiliated eye donation centres and hospitals across Mumbai and nearby areas.
Assist with the collection and return of eye donation kits and other materials, as required.
Assist staff with photocopying, scanning, printing and filing.
Maintain cleanliness and basic organisation of the office.
Assist in arranging meetings, refreshments and other office requirements.
Purchase or collect office supplies and materials when required.
Assist with banking, courier and other routine external work.
Ensure safe and timely transportation of office and eye donation-related materials.
Maintain proper records/acknowledgements for materials delivered or collected.
Support staff in day-to-day office activities.
Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 10th Pass; 12th Pass will be preferred.
Prior experience as an office attendant, office assistant, office boy, peon or similar role will be an advantage.
Should be reliable, punctual, disciplined and hardworking.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of Hindi and Marathi; knowledge of English will be an advantage.
Should be comfortable with local travel across Mumbai and nearby areas for official work.
Should be physically fit and comfortable handling and transporting office and eye donation-related materials.
Should be willing to work as part of a team and take responsibility for routine operational tasks.
