hikhar Yuva Manch is urgently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Cluster Coordinator under its Crèche Project, supported by Azim Premji Foundation.

* Location: Manora Block, Jashpur District, Chhattisgarh
* Position: Cluster Coordinator
* Monthly Payment: ?35,000/-
* Project: Crèche Project
* Supported by: Azim Premji Foundation

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordination and monitoring of crèche centres
• Regular field visits and support to field teams
• Community mobilization and stakeholder coordination
• Monitoring child attendance, nutrition and centre activities
• Documentation, reporting and follow-up
• Coordination with the project management team for smooth implementation

Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with relevant experience in ECCD, child care, community development, NGO or development-sector projects will be preferred.
