URGENT REQUIREMENT – COMMUNITY MOBILISER (2 POSTS)

Shikhar Yuva Manch is inviting applications for the position of Community Mobiliser for a women-focused Enterprise Development Project in Raipur.

* Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
* Position: Community Mobiliser
* No. of Positions: 2
* Project Focus: Enterprise Development for Women
* Preference: Women candidates will be given priority

Key Responsibilities:
• Community mobilization and regular field visits
• Identification and engagement of women beneficiaries
• Support in formation and strengthening of women enterprise groups
• Coordination for training, meetings and enterprise development activities
• Follow-up with beneficiaries and support in documentation/reporting
• Liaison with local stakeholders and project team

Preferred Profile:
Candidates with experience in community mobilization, SHGs, livelihood promotion, women empowerment, enterprise development, or NGO/development-sector projects will be preferred.
