Anugraha is a non-profit organisation working for the welfare, health, dignity and well-being of senior citizens through awareness, training, health & wellness and community programmes.

Job Role:
We are looking for an active and responsible Training Officer cum Field Coordinator to coordinate and execute senior citizen welfare and awareness programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

? Programme planning and field coordination
? NGO/institution/stakeholder coordination
? Participant mobilisation and venue arrangements
? On-ground programme execution
? Maintaining attendance, photographs, bills and documents
? Preparing Excel records and programme reports
? Managing field travel and multiple programmes independently

Required Skills:
? Good Hindi & basic English communication
? MS Excel, Word & Email
? Good coordination and follow-up skills
? Documentation and reporting
? Comfortable with field work and travel
? Responsible and self-motivated

Preferred Experience: NGO/Social Sector, Government Projects, Event Management, Field Coordination or Community Mobilisation.

Salary: As per qualification & experience
Travel Expenses: Approved official travel expenses provided separately.
