Who We Are
SThree Welfare Services Foundation (STSF) is a knowledge consulting organization with its headquarter in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It is registered as section 8 under the Indian Companies Act, 2013. It was registered in March, 2025 and started its operation from July 2025. It is established by a team of 6-7 seasoned professionals from diverse sectors. Primary focus of STSF is building the capacities of youth and delivering meaningful services to communities. At the core of STSF’s work is a commitment to promoting models that are financially sustainable and not reliant on external funding. Our approach moves beyond traditional charity by promoting a “contribution-based model”, where communities actively invest in their own development.
What Makes Us Unique
STSF has some features, which make it unique and different from others. STSF don’t believe in free services and plan to implement revenue-based social development programs. STSF provides opportunities to youths and professionals to learn and earn in their preferred locations. STSF don’t offer fixed honorarium, but it gives opportunities to earn as much as possible depends on individual’s capacities and efforts. STSF prefers to work digitally and provides services through online platform.
What Is This Opportunity About
STSF is in process of selecting dynamic and result-oriented District Partnership Coordinator to lead strategic collaborations in their preference locations/districts. This person will be instrumental in building, nurturing, and scaling partnerships with academic institutions
(high school, inter colleges, degree colleges, coaching, library etc.) to implement FutureReady360 Program in those academic institutions. This position demands a professional who can combine relationship-building, strategic thinking, and execution excellence to drive sustainable partnerships.
What Is FutureReady360 Program
India's education and employment data make a clear case for intervention at exactly the inter college and under graduate stage — before, not after, students commit to a stream, a college, and a career. 15–21 years is a key phase for exploring interests, strengths, and future career directions. Most of the students lack awareness of opportunities outside traditional fields. 82 % of Indian employers report difficulty in finding appropriately skilled workers. 90% of Indian professionals consider AI skills essential for future careers. 94% believe AI will significantly advance their career prospects.
To address these challenges, SThree Welfare Services Foundation (STSF) has designed FutureReady360 Program (FR360), that is aligned with provisions made in NEP 2020. FR360 Program is a structured, three months online program for inter college and under graduate students that combines career guidance, practical AI training, and essential life skills into one continuous learning journey of three months. It is designed for academic institutions that want to give their students a genuine, measurable edge — without adding to teacher workload or classroom timetables. The FR360 Program also gives opportunities to students to choose the options depends on their interest, requirement and paying capacity, as all the programs are designed based on minimal and affordable program fees.
Who Are Eligible For This Opportunity
Any person are eligible if they (the person from same districts is preferred) :
• are at-least post graduate or hold master’s degree in any stream;
• have knowledge of geographies, communities, and academic system of their district;
• relevant experience of establish partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and networking; prior experience working with academic institutions is highly desirable;
• possess written and speaking local reginal, English and Hindi languages;
• agree to work on deliverables-based consultancy and achieve results within given time period
• demonstrate personal behavior like Self-respect, punctuality, confidence, accountability, reliability and ability to maintain high standards of performance for self; and
• must have smart phone and personal vehicle which they can use for office work
