We are on a lookout for a digital storyteller who lives and breathes social media, pro trendspotter, someone who is equally excited about building content, engaging communities online and creating impact offline.
Position: Executive - Communications
Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant work experience in handling Social Media/ Websites, for development sector would be a plus.
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (locals are preferable)
Academic Qualification: Master’s Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Development
Communication, Social Media Management, Digital Communication, Post-Graduation in Social Work with strong interest in social media, digital storytelling, and community engagement will have an added advantage.
Primary Responsibility:
- Execute CSR communication and branding initiatives across projects, ensuring high-quality visibility materials, presentations, and IEC content are updated and aligned with organisational brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute annual social media calendars, coordinate impact narratives, manage content publishing, and enhance stakeholder engagement across digital platforms.
- Monitor social media performance, website mentions, subscriber growth, and online visibility while identifying and escalating risks or observations.
- Coordinate WhatsApp communication campaigns and support dissemination of programme updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage website content updates, including CSR plans, annual reports, impact assessment reports, and project information in coordination with internal and external partners.
- Coordinate with design, hosting, and communication agencies to ensure timely publication and maintenance of digital and print communication assets.
- Prepare communication MIS reports, analytics dashboards, stories of change, and visibility reports.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of CSR communication, development-sector storytelling, branding, and stakeholder engagement principles.
- Proficiency in social media management, content planning, campaign coordination, and digital communication platforms.
- Knowledge of website content management, digital analytics, and online engagement practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convert programme outcomes into compelling impact narratives.
- Experience in creating and coordinating IEC materials, presentations, newsletters, and visibility collateral.
- Strong project coordination, documentation, reporting, and vendor management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, data reporting, and analytics with strong attention to detail and creativity.
