Our Vision and Our Journey (About DVAS)
Dalit Vikas Abhiyan Samiti (DVAS) has been working for the past three decades for the self-respect, rights, and justice of Mahadalit, underprivileged, and marginalized communities in Bihar. We are empowering youth and women at the grassroots level by connecting them with their rights and making them self-reliant.

In our center located in the Bodhgaya working area, we require an empathetic, skilled, and dedicated Resource Center Facilitator (RCF) who understands the human pain hidden behind data statistics, uses technology effectively, and writes a new story of grassroots change.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Office & Dashboard Management: Making daily office administrative tasks, MIS databases, and online dashboards smooth and transparent, and compiling reports to prepare consolidated daily reports. Office management responsibilities will be carried out with the support of the District Coordinator. You will submit all your reports to the District Coordinator and pitch project reports as well as organizational reports.
* Transformation Through Technology (Digital & Documentation): Gathering ground-level data using KoboToolbox and modern digital tools, preparing analytical reports, and bringing inspiring impact stories of societal change to the world.
* Communication & Strong Presentations: Strongly conveying the organization's work and the voices of victims to donors, administration, and partners through high-level PowerPoint (PPT) and Canva presentations.
* Team & Field Coordination: Coordinating field activities, maintaining accurate data records, and providing all possible technical and practical support to the project team.

* Qualifications & Experience
* Educational Qualification: Master's Degree (Post Graduation) in Social Work (MSW) / Rural Development (RD) / any recognized institution.
* Practical Experience: Minimum 2 years of grassroots experience in office management, MIS data operations, and reporting in the development sector (NGO Sector).
* Skills & Proficiency:
o Creative proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva.
o Proficiency in operating KoboToolbox, MIS databases, and online dashboards.
o Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
