Program Coordinator (Woman)

Position: Program Officer (Women Candidates Only)
Organization: SAFAR - Women's Empowerment NGO
Location: Maliya (Miyana), Morbi District, Gujarat

SAFAR is a women-led organization based in Ahmedabad, dedicated to advancing women's empowerment and addressing violence against women. We are seeking a committed Program Officer to lead initiatives in socio-economic and educational empowerment in rural communities.

* Qualifications
Minimum education: Graduate with strong computer skills.

At least 3 years of experience working with women from marginalized rural communities.

Commitment and enthusiasm to work for social change, with understanding of gender, inclusion, and empowerment issues.

Two-wheeler driving skills with valid license appreciated.

Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi (reading, writing, speaking). English is an added advantage.

* Compensation & Benefits
Salary: 30,000 (negotiable based on experience).

Accommodation provided, including electricity and water.
