Job Description: Trainer – PCB

Location: Ahilyanagar (Ahmednagar), Maharashtra.

About the Role
We are looking for a Trainer with experience in both PCB and AAO to deliver practical, engaging training and support learners in developing job-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct training sessions on PCB as per the curriculum.
• Deliver practical, activity-based sessions and clarify learner queries.
• Assess learner performance and provide feedback/support.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.
• Coordinate with the project team on training schedules and learner progress.
• Ensure timely completion of training and learning outcomes.

Qualification & Experience
• Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline.
• 1-2 years of training/teaching experience with hands-on experience in both PCB.
• Experience in skill development/vocational training will be preferred.

Key Skills
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Practical knowledge of PCB.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Basic MS Office/computer skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners.
