The Dr M L Dhawale Memorial Trust was established in 1987. The main focus area of Trust has been to provide charitable health care services to the poor and underserved. The Trust currently has several clinics and hospitals, catering to over 200,000 patients per year. The Trust works with the community on several community development projects such as Education, Livelihood, Self Help Group, Water sources etc. The Trust also runs a Post Graduate college for Homoeopathy students and has a Research Centre. The Trust has a strong donor support and each year we raise Rs. 5 to 8 Crore for various projects.
Vacancy: Manager – Donor Management
We are looking for a Manager, whose primary responsibilities will be:
1. Assist the Director in proposal writing
2. Maintain a library of proposals
3. Manage and Maintain Donor Data, Donor correspondence, agreements etc.
4. Manage Communication with Donors regarding receipts, tax certificates, newsletters, annual reports, special updates, Birthday, Anniversary greetings etc.
5. Coordinate with Project Managers of all on-going donor funded projects
6. Coordinate with Accounts Department to compile Budget v/s Expenses reports every month
7. Coordinate with Project Managers & Accounts Department for getting Reports to be submitted to Donors
8. Ensure that Reports, Utilisation Certificates are submitted on or before time
9. Compile a library of Photographs, Videos, Stories
10. Coordinate with Social Media Manager or Agency for posts
Education:
Graduate of any faculty, Proficient in using MS Office and other tools required for Publicity Material and Social Media.
Work Experience:
You should have minimum 5 years of experience in Administrative management, in an NGO. Direct experience of Donor Relationship Management will be an added advantage. Fluency in English Reading & Writing is a must. Marathi will be an added advantage.
Remuneration: Rs. 40,000 to 65,000 per month
Location: Palghar, Maharashtra (Residents of Palghar will be preferred)
