Job Opportunity – Support Class Facilitator (Full Time)

Position: Support Class Facilitator
Vacancy: 1
Location: Taljai Vasahat, Sahkar Nagar Pune
Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 CTC per month

We are looking for dedicated and motivated candidates to provide **educational and developmental support** to children, adolescents, and youth.

Qualification:
D.Ed. / B.Ed.
Experience in community-level work preferred

**Key Responsibilities:**
Conduct support education sessions to improve children’s learning outcomes
Provide academic support, homework assistance, and school readiness activities
Facilitate life skills sessions, group activities, and interactive learning sessions
Organize sports-based and activity-based learning activities
Conduct child protection, safety, and rights awareness sessions
Mobilize and engage children, youth, parents, and community members for project activities**
Identify children at risk and coordinate referrals with the Project Coordinator
Maintain attendance records, session reports, and documentation

**Required Skills:**
Good communication and teaching skills
Ability to work effectively with children and youth
Experience in community-based programs
Creative approach towards activity-based learning
Community mobilization skills preferred
