* WE ARE HIRING – FIELD COORDINATOR
Location: Kollam District, Kerala
Position: Field Coordinator
Salary: 20,000 per month
Travel: Actual travel expenses covered as per project requirements

Eligibility:
• Any Graduate
• Passionate about field work/social development/child development
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area
• Ability to work with communities, local self-government institutions and stakeholders
• Previous experience in social work/community development/child development will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and implement project activities at the field level
• Conduct regular field visits and community meetings/stakeholder meetings
• Work with local bodies, schools, community groups and other stakeholders
• Identify and support children and families requiring assistance
• Maintain field records, reports and project documentation
• Coordinate with the project team

About the Project:
The Field Coordinator will work as part of a child protection and community development project focused on preventing child marriage, child abuse, trafficking, child labour and other risks faced by children.
* Work Location: Kollam District
* Salary: 20,000/month + Actual travel expenses
