Key Roles & Responsibilities
MIS & Project Tracking: Develop and maintain a centralized MIS for tracking projects, activities, targets, timelines, budgets, beneficiaries, deliverables and overall project status.

Project Coordination: Coordinate with project teams and relevant stakeholders to follow up on pending activities, deliverables, documentation and timelines.

Documentation & Process Management: Maintain systematic project documentation, trackers, templates and records, and support the development of standardized processes to reduce dependency on individuals.

Management Support: Take ownership of routine follow-ups, status updates, data compilation and other coordination requirements, thereby reducing ad-hoc operational responsibilities at the management level.

Proposal & Concept Development: Support research, conceptualisation and preparation of concept notes, project proposals, budgets, presentations and other documents for new projects and CSR opportunities.

Project Review & Follow-up: Assist in reviewing project progress against planned targets and flag delays, gaps or areas requiring management attention.

Other Coordination Responsibilities: Support the Director and project team in maintaining an organised workflow and undertake other project-related responsibilities as required.

The position would ideally require someone with good MIS/data management skills, coordination ability, documentation and communication skills, along with an interest in project conceptualisation and proposal writing.

The honorarium for the position can be 20,000 per month.
