About the Organization
Tata Medical and Diagnostics Ltd. (Tata MD) a healthcare venture from the Tata Group. Our goal is to provide leading-edge, patient-centric solutions, with a clear vision to make healthcare services access more available and affordable. Tata MD prioritizes continuous care and personalized treatment through specialized consultations, dedicated health companions, comprehensive wellness tracking and advanced AI health technology. With Tata MD, patients benefit from personalized care plans tailored to alleviate health challenges. We provide easy access to healthcare services, medical records integration and proactive healthcare management, all aimed at enhancing quality of life and ensuring a pain-free journey to better health.

About the Program
In India’s remote villages, people struggle to get timely medical care, often traveling miles for a simple check-up. Tata MD’s Bridgital Model combines digital health, patient care coordination, virtual enablement services and government infrastructure to bridge this gap—ensuring quality healthcare reaches every doorstep.

Tata MD is working to strengthen access to quality healthcare through technology-enabled healthcare delivery models. Through its Digital Nerve Centre (DiNC), TMDL leverages digital health, telemedicine, patient-care coordination and virtual healthcare services to extend timely medical support to communities, including those in semi-rural and underserved areas.

Digital Nerve Centre (DiNC)
• Leverages digital technology to bridge the gap between needs and provisions in healthcare.
• Saves time and makes processes more efficient by utilising an integrated service-led intelligent platform.
