VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following post under Targeted Intervention (TI) Project.
Post: Counselor - 01 No.
Location: Baharagora TI Project Office Baharagora
Type: Full Time
Salary: Rs. 16,000/- per month

Preference: Female candidates will be preferred Essential Qualification: MA in Psychology / MSW / PGDRD / MBA or Graduate with 3 years experience in counseling
Experience: 0-5 Years (Experience in HIV/AIDS, TI Project / Health sector will be given preference)
Job Roles & Responsibilities: Provide pre-test & post-test counseling for HIV, STI and ART linkages to HRGs (FSW/MSM/TG/IDU)Maintain ICTC, STI clinic and ART referral and follow-up Conduct one-to-one and one-to-group counseling sessions and Behavior Change Communication (BCC)Maintain counseling registers, client records and ensure confidentiality as per NACO guidelines Assist Project Manager in TI reporting, documentation and monthly reporting to SACS Coordinate with ORW, PE, Lab Technician and medical team for positive prevention Reduce stigma and create enabling environment for HRGs to access services.
