GIS & Geo-Informatics – Spatial Data Analysis – Thematic Mapping – Geospatial Analysis – GIS-Based Planning – Spatial & Non-Spatial Data Processing – Digital Mapping – NRIS – VGPP Planning – Geo-Informatics Tools – Data Visualization – Technical Handholding – ToT & Training – Planning & Implementation Support

Qualifications
• University degree/advanced university/PG in in Earth science/Geo- Informatics/Social science /Civil or Agricultural Engineer and any related subject.
• C1-level language proficiency in English and C1-level language proficiency in Hindi.
• Minimum 5 years of experience using GIS & RS in Rural Development & Agriculture sectors. Work experience with MGNREGS will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of professional job experience of using GIS tools in the areas of NRM, rural development, rural livelihoods, etc.
2 years of experience at national & regional level. Experience in working with the development agencies and managing the decentralized planning and rural development projects/programme in Rajasthan would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities
• Support preparation and implementation of Viksit Gram Panchayat Plans (VGPP) through spatial data, thematic mapping and geospatial analysis.
• Source, process and analyze spatial and non-spatial datasets using GIS tools to generate planning outputs.
• Develop customized geo-informatics solutions and evidence-based inputs for Gram Panchayat-level planning.
• Support digitalization and coordinated planning through the National Rural Infrastructure Stack (NRIS).
• Coordinate with experts, government stakeholders and field teams for assessment and planning activities.
• Provide technical handholding support to assessment and implementation teams.
• Conduct Training of Trainers (ToT) on GIS and geo-informatics tools used for VGPP preparation.
• Analyze VGPP implementation results and generate spatial insights to support future planning and development interventions.
