We invite applications for the following position:
Position: Assistant Manager (Partnerships and Fundraising)
Location: Gurgaon, India
Role:
a. Partnerships: conducting research to identify potential donors for Pragya programs.
b. Fundraising: Reaching out to potential institutional and corporate funders, and help with submitting briefs / proposals, making presentations, and maintaining relationships with existing donors.
c. Promotion and Advocacy: building awareness about Pragya and its projects and activities; help in representing the organization at forums.
Person Specification:
The person will be required to be very self motivated and should ideally possess the following:
a. A minimum of seven years of experience working in similar roles. Person with significantly higher experience would be placed at higher levels.
b. Masters degree or equivalent in development or a related field.
c. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
