About the Role
We are looking for experienced Senior Field Consultants to lead and monitor the on-ground implementation of CSR and social impact projects across assigned geographies.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and monitor field-level implementation of CSR/social impact projects.
  • Conduct regular field visits to track project progress, quality, and outcomes.
  • Engage with communities, NGOs, implementation partners, government officials, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct field assessments, surveys, and beneficiary interactions.
  • Identify implementation challenges and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare field visit reports, project updates, case studies, and impact documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and implementation partners to ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in CSR, NGO, social development, rural development, or project implementation.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Development Studies, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Good understanding of the local geography and socio-cultural context.
  • Willingness to undertake extensive travel within the assigned region.
  • Knowledge of the local language is preferred.
