1. To supervise the execution of the project and project-related activities in the districts.
2. To facilitate associations with multiple government/non-government stakeholders for the execution of the project in the district.
3. To strengthen partnership and create a strong network with law enforcement departments and child protection departments / officials including making regular visits to police stations, AHTUs, SJPUs and CWCs.
4. To coordinate and provide support and assistance to the team appointed at the district level for effective implementation of the project.
5. To ensure timely reporting and execution of the project targets and related activities.
6. To ensure that all support services available for the child victims of sexual abuse, child marriages and trafficking are active in the concerned districts and ensure to avail these services to the vulnerable families and victims.
7. Time to time follow-up with the pending court trials and provide all necessary support and assistance to the victims and their families.
8. Provide help and support to the Community Social Workers/Volunteers to reach out to the child protection authorities, Village leaders, religious leaders, Village level stakeholders such as ASHA Workers, Anganwadi workers, other community members, children and stakeholders in the intervention villages.
9. To provide and ensure the end-to-end support to/for the survivors.
10. And any other tasks and assignment given by the Delhi team/office for the implementation and betterment of the project.

Educational Qualification:
1. MSW or any related master degree with at least one year of experience of working in the social sector/field (Preferably in child protection)
2. Good knowledge of report writing, project/progress documentation, working on data.
3. Excellent in team management, working with team and taking team along
4. Good working knowledge of computer and MS Office(Word, Excel)
5. Sound knowledge of child protection related law/s and acts such as POCSO Act, Child labour Act, JJ Act, Child Marriage Prohibition Act etc.
6. Passionate in working for children, their rights and issues.
