About Sarthak Prayas

Sarthak Prayas is a social impact organisation working towards creating meaningful and sustainable change through its programmes in Child Education, Elder Care, Voluntary Blood Donation, Health and Community Support.

We are looking for a responsible, energetic and field-oriented Field Executive who can support the smooth execution of our programmes and day-to-day field activities.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations & Centre Visits: Regularly visit Sarthak Prayas centres, programme locations and partner sites to monitor activities, identify requirements and provide on-ground support.
Programme Support: Support the execution of Child Education, Elder Care, Blood Donation and other organisational programmes, including distributions, celebrations, awareness activities and community initiatives.
Procurement & Distribution: Coordinate the purchase, collection, packing and distribution of food, ration, stationery, medicines, kits and other programme-related materials as required.
Beneficiary & Hospital Support: Assist beneficiaries during hospital visits, medicine collection/delivery and other field requirements while maintaining necessary records and documentation.
Inventory & Documentation: Maintain proper records of stock, donations, distributions, bills, field activities and other relevant documents; ensure timely updates and reporting.
Maintenance & Requirements: Monitor basic maintenance and operational requirements at programme locations, coordinate with vendors/service providers and follow up on approved requirements.
Collection & Donation Activities: Support collection of donations, materials and other resources, including seasonal drives, and ensure proper handling, storage and distribution.
Office & Field Coordination: Coordinate with programme and office teams for smooth execution of day-to-day activities and take up additional responsibilities as assigned.
Eligibility.

Prior experience in NGO, social sector or field-based work will be an advantage.
Freshers with a strong willingness to work in the field are also encouraged to apply.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to drive a car is mandatory.
Valid driving licence is mandatory.
Ability to manage multiple field activities and responsibilities.
Willingness to travel locally for field visits and programme activities.
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with a team.
Candidates should be responsible, proactive and comfortable with hands-on field work.
