* Education and Experience
• ANM Degree: Qualified with an Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) degree from any recognized institution.
• Field Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a field-level health programme.
* Knowledge and Skills
• Policy & Communication: Familiarity with government health policies and programmes, alongside strong communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work in small teams and adapt to flexible ways of working.
• Documentation: Proficiency in data recording, data management, report writing, and case study compilation.
• Field Availability: At least 10 days of field visits are required.
• Leadership: Overall management capacity to monitor, report, and guide the team under his/her supervision.
