Position Roles & Responsibilities

Curative:

Organizes the health centre, outpatient department, clinic data management.
Organizes laboratory services.
Provide basic medical and health services in the clinic and camps.
Attend to patients.
Screen cases needing specialized medical attention and refer them.
Provide guidance to the health workers for dissemination of IEC.
Co-operate and coordinate with other institutions providing medical services.
Conduct medical and vision correction camps.
Nodal officer of clinic to connect with health departments.

Preventive & Promotive

Ensure that all the members of the team are fully conversant with national health & family welfare programs.
Support non-medical staff with necessary guidance and direction.
Prepare quarterly clinic operational plans in consultation with centre administrator.

Administrative

Get indents prepared timely for drugs, instruments, vaccines etc. submit those to TCIF HQs for approval.

Interview Criteria

The candidates invited for in-person interview may subject to written test or presentation to understand their ability to work with the organization.
Final selection will be made from the candidates invited for in-person interview at Gurgaon.
