Procurement of Smart Interactive Boards for Delhi and West Bengal
1. Background:
Centre for Catalyzing Change (C3) is a leading national non-government organization dedicated to empowering women and girls across India. For over three decades, C3 has been working to address the challenges that girls and women face at various stages of their life cycle. The vision is an India where women and girls are fully empowered, equipped to realize their rights, access opportunities, and achieve gender equality.
C3 believes that achieving gender equality is essential for national development, democracy, and progress. At the heart of its approach is close collaboration with government departments to strengthen the implementation of policies and schemes. By leveraging government programs, C3 scales its efforts and develops specialized curricula that encompass critical life skills, family life, and health education. The organization’s initiatives aim to keep adolescent girls and boys in school, prevent child and early marriages, promote gender equity, and reduce their vulnerability to exploitation and violence.
C3 invites proposals from eligible and experienced vendors for the supply, installation, and commissioning of 3 Smart Interactive Boards across our project locations in Delhi and West Bengal. The Smartboards must meet the detailed technical specifications listed in this RFP, aligned with modern digital classroom standards and AI-powered learning capabilities.
2. Scope of Work
The selected vendor shall be responsible for:
Supply of 3 AI-powered Smart Interactive Boards meeting the required specifications.
Delivery to:
- West Bengal (Exact address to be provided after award): 2 Smartboards
- Delhi (Exact address to be provided after award): 1 Smartboards
- Installation, testing, and commissioning at each site.
- Provision of user training for teachers/staff.
- Offering 3-year onsite warranty and after-sales support.
- Providing necessary accessories, cables, and documentation.

4. The device should be able to run online classes smoothly even on low-bandwidth Wi-Fi; please specify the minimum bandwidth required.

4. Delivery Timeline
- Delivery of all units must be completed within 30 days from the date of Purchase Order (PO).
- Installation and commissioning must be completed within 7 days of delivery.
5. Eligibility Criteria
Vendors must provide:
- Company registration documents
- GST Registration
- PAN Card
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supplying digital classroom solutions
- Proof of at least 3 previous installations of Smartboards/Interactive panels
- Authorization letter from OEM (if applicable)
6. Proposal Submission Requirements Proposals must include:
- Technical and Financial Details
- Detailed spec sheet with brand & model number
- Warranty and AMC details
- Delivery schedule
- Client references and work experience
9. Terms and Conditions
- Prices should be quoted inclusive of GST, delivery, installation and training.
- Payment schedule will be defined after vendor selection.
- Damaged units during transport must be replaced at no extra cost.
- Vendor must ensure adherence to safety and data security standards.
10. Submission Instructions
Timeline: 10 days
