Position: Operations & Marketing Associate
Guwahati, Assam | 18,000/month

About the Organization
Lekope Majuli Women Farmer Producer Company Ltd. is a women-led enterprise working with rural women farmers and artisans from Majuli and across Assam. The company aggregates and markets products such as mustard oil, seeds, and traditional handloom textiles, creating sustainable livelihoods and connecting women producers directly to markets.

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, energetic person who wants to build something, not just manage a store.
You will be responsible for the Guwahati outlet, but a significant part of your work will happen outside the store -- building new market connections, working with retail outlets, coordinating products coming from Majuli and helping Lekope expand its presence across Guwahati.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate products & logistics between Majuli and Guwahati.
* Visit retail stores and businesses across Guwahati and build new partnerships for Lekope products.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Lekope outlet.
* Maintain stock and sales records and send accurate weekly stock updates without fail.
* Explore opportunities for exhibitions, pop-ups and new sales channels.
* Build relationships with retailers, customers and potential partners.

Who are we looking for?
Someone who is:
* Proactive and takes ownership
* Comfortable spending time on the field and travelling around Guwahati
* Good at talking to people and building relationships
* Organised and disciplined with numbers, stock and reporting
* Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic billing/accounts
* Interested in business, retail, entrepreneurship and building new markets

Experience: 2+ years in retail, sales, operations, logistics, business development or a similar role.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
