Assistant Manager – Partnerships

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3–5 years

About the Role
We are looking for a driven Assistant Manager – Partnerships to build and manage strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with corporate and institutional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new corporate and strategic partnerships.
Manage end-to-end partner relationships and engagement.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Track partnership pipelines, targets, and revenue opportunities.
Represent the organization in client meetings, events, and networking forums.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, CSR, consulting, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Good understanding of corporate partnerships and business development.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
