Position- Project manager (TI)
Project Name- Targeted Intervention (TI) UPSACS / NACO
Qualification- MSW, MA Psychology, MA Sociology.
Experience-Minimum one Year health Sector
Computer Knowledge Must

TOR-
• The Project Manager shall be the In-charge of the TI and shall be responsible for programme implementation as per DAK guidelines.
• It shall be the duty of the PM to achieve the targets in accordance with the project indicators.
• The PM shall be based at the project office and shall supervise the weekly review meeting and the performance of all staff.
• Establishing coordination with stakeholder and peer meetings and with all other referral services.
• Building the capacity of staff from time to time.
• Supervising the Peer/ORW for successful programme implementation and visiting the project area/hotspot in order to meet the HRGs. The PM must undertake at least 10-15 days of field visits in a month and maintain a record of the same.
• Supporting the Project Director in organising peer and coordination activities.
• Analysing the progress of project activities and sharing the related action points (action point) with the project staff in the monthly meeting.
• Assessing the capacity-building requirements of the project staff and communicating the same to TSU/SACS.
• Supervising the transit intervention activities wherever they are being implemented.
• Organising weekly/monthly review meetings with peers and project staff.

Reporting
• Reporting to the PD in the project, to the TI Nodal Officer in SACS and to the Programme Officer of the TSU.
• Submitting the monthly programme progress report on time in the SIMS/CMIS or in any other format.
• Presenting the SOE.
• Providing the necessary data/information for preparing the report.
