Job Title: Cluster Coordinator

Eligibility Criteria:

-Graduate in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of Computer Applications and MS Office.

-3+ years of experience in community-based interventions in Health, ECCE, or Nutrition.

-Preferably from the same block or district.

-Proficiency in the local language (Chhattisgarhi)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

-Support arrangements and coordination for Program Team Orientation and Pre-Service Training.
Coordinate with block-level functionaries and support program planning.

-Analyze ICDS data and use it for village-level intervention planning.
Identify villages and lead community interventions.

-Coordinate with PRIs, Anganwadi Workers and ASHA Workers for small group meetings and Gram Sabhas.

-Lead space identification, modification and readiness for creche centers.

-Support supervisors in line listing, home visits and community interactions.

-Lead Gram Sabhas and caregiver selection and support documentation.
Ensure safety and readiness of creche spaces.

-Coordinate for necessary materials, resources and caregiver training.
Support creche center setup and smooth operations.

-Prepare plans for the Day of Operations, community mobilization and weekly activities.

-Support child enrolment and home visits.

-Regularly visit centers and provide demonstration, handholding and support to caregivers and supervisors.

-Identify capacity-building needs of supervisors and plan necessary support.

-Demonstrate and support regular Growth Monitoring.

-Conduct weekly review and planning meetings with the team.

-Regularly assess the safety and security of creches.

-Use the Shishu Ghar application for check-ins, updates, review and planning.

-Monitor creche operations through regular visits and observations.

-Document relevant observations for review and future planning.

-Support health referrals through regular home visits.

-Coordinate with frontline personnel for health interventions and support.

-Organize and participate in CMC and other community meetings regularly.
