Job Description :
• Develop and maintain MIS formats, data collection tools, and data validation mechanisms to ensure accurate and reliable data.
• Manage, analyze, and interpret data to generate regular weekly and monthly reports.
• Monitor project indicators and track progress against defined targets and objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) frameworks and plans.
• Conduct trend analysis, identify data gaps and outliers, and provide meaningful insights to the project team.
• Ensure effective data management practices, documentation, and data quality standards across project locations.
• Conduct data quality checks, data cleaning, and verification to minimize errors and improve data accuracy.
• Provide training and guidance to field/project teams on data collection, reporting, and data management processes.
• Conduct field visits for supportive supervision, monitoring, and verification of data and reporting practices.
• Support teams in using data for project improvement, decision-making, and performance monitoring.
• Assist in preparing project reports, dashboards, presentations, and other data-based reports as required.
• Support data visualization and presentation of project progress and key indicators for internal and external reporting.
• Provide regular feedback to project teams on performance, trends, gaps, and progress against indicators.
• Promote continuous data quality improvement and effective use of data across projects.
• Coordinate with project and central teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Perform any other data analysis, MIS, monitoring, and reporting responsibilities assigned by the reporting officer.
