About the Role:

Amba Shakti Foundation is the social development initiative of Amba Shakti Group, working towards creating empowered, self-reliant and sustainable communities.

The Foundation undertakes community development initiatives in areas including skill development and entrepreneurship, education, health, environment and other community-based programmes.

The Foundation is looking for a motivated and field-oriented Community Mobilizer to support its Skill Development Programme in Sikandrabad Block, Bulandshahr.

Key Responsibilities :
• Mobilise and identify eligible candidates for skill development programmes.
• Conduct regular village and community visits for awareness and candidate sourcing.
• Coordinate with Gram Panchayats, PRI representatives, Block Office, NRLM, SHGs and local stakeholders.
• Support candidate registration, counselling, documentation and enrolment.
• Coordinate with trainees, trainers and training partners for smooth implementation.
• Track candidate attendance, training completion and post-training outcomes.
• Maintain basic mobilisation data, beneficiary records and field reports.

Candidate Profile :
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in community mobilisation, skill development, livelihood, rural development or similar development-sector programmes.
• Graduate preferred; relevant field experience may also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of Sikandrabad/Bulandshahr and surrounding villages preferred.
• Good communication and community relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Office/Excel and digital reporting desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi/local dialects.

Mandatory Requirements :
• Own two-wheeler/vehicle with valid driving licence
• Willingness to undertake extensive field visits
• Preferably residing in or around Sikandrabad/Bulandshahr
