We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of organizational programmes and ensure effective achievement of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
-Plan, coordinate, and oversee project activities and ensure timely implementation.
-Lead, supervise, and support project teams and field staff.
-Develop work plans, targets, activity schedules, and implementation strategies.
-Coordinate with government departments, institutional partners, community stakeholders, and other relevant agencies.
-Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities and assess project progress.
-Track project deliverables, indicators, timelines, and outcomes.
-Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and other project reports.
-Ensure proper documentation, data management, and maintenance of project records.
-Monitor project budgets and ensure compliance with approved financial and organizational procedures.
-Identify implementation challenges and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
-Facilitate meetings, training programmes, community consultations, and other project activities.
-Maintain effective communication with senior management and project stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
-Postgraduate degree/MBA/MSW/Master’s in Rural Development or a relevant discipline.
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, rural development, CSR, livelihood, or community-based programmes.
-Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
-Excellent communication, documentation, and report-writing skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
-Willingness to undertake regular field visits.
-Knowledge of local language and familiarity with the local context will be an advantage.
