Job Description: MSW Paid Internship

Location: Work from Home but based at Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh

Qualification: MSW (Master of Social Work)

Experience: Fresher

Stipend : 8,000 per month

Department: Project Implementation

Job Purpose

To support the implementation, monitoring, and documentation of social development projects and ensure smooth coordination with beneficiaries, community members, local stakeholders, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate day-to-day project activities and field-level implementation.
2. Conduct field visits to monitor project progress and interact with beneficiaries.
3. Coordinate with local authorities, community representatives, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
4. Maintain project records, attendance registers, beneficiary data, and activity reports.
5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports as required.
6. Support community mobilisation, awareness programmes, meetings, and training activities.
7. Collect field data, photographs, and supporting documents for project reporting.
8. Ensure timely completion of assigned activities as per project plans.
9. Assist in identifying community needs and documenting project outcomes.
10. Perform other project-related duties assigned by the reporting officer.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and email.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work with communities.

Eligibility

- MSW degree from a recognised institution.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with an interest in community development, CSR, and social welfare projects will be preferred.

Reporting To

Project Manager / Programme Manager.

Work Location: work from home but based at Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh.
