Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
* Prepare and maintain financial records, including petty cash, bank reconciliations, and expense reports.
* Assist in the preparation of project budgets, financial forecasts, and grant proposals.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and financial regulations.
* Generate financial reports and analysis to support decision-making and project planning.

Qualifications:
* B.Com or M.Com
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP9) and MS Office suite.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to the organization's mission and values.
