Clinical Psychologist
Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree in Psychology or Applied Psychology and a Master of Philosophy in medical and social psychology or Masters of Philosophy in mental health and social psychology obtained after completion of a full-time course of two years which includes supervised clinical training, approved and recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India.

Desirable: 2-3 years working in specialist hospital

Job requirements:
*To support training of Front-line health workers in case management of clients registered on the program
*To provide specialist counselling to clients with special needs registered on the program
*To supervise case management carried out by Front line work force
*To support the running of psychiatric clinic at block service points. *Supportive supervision on ground during screening activities and home visits
*To support development and implementation of EHR for the program
*To support data entry and management into the program EHR
*To ensure documentation and timely reporting as per requirement of the program
*To undertake any other activity as per the guidance of the reporting manager and/or needs of the program
.*To develop the curriculum for training of the program team at all levels along with other team members and consultants
*To conduct training needs assessment of the personnel in the program
*To develop a training calendar for all levels of the program
*To implement training for all levels of the program
*To ensure appropriate pre-post measures in all training activities
