**Position: Accountant
**Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
**Employment Type: Full-time
**Salary: Rs. 30000/- (Negotiable, based on qualification and experience) **

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, and ledgers.
* Prepare bank reconciliations, payment processing, and financial reports.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.
* Manage accounting and financial reporting for FCRA, CSR, and other donor-funded projects, ensuring compliance with donor guidelines and statutory requirements.
* Maintain proper documentation and utilization records for FCRA and CSR funds.
* Support budgeting, financial planning, and fund management.
* Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of internal, statutory, and donor audits.
* Assist in donor financial reporting and maintain proper financial documentation.
* Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and procedures.
* Work closely with program teams for budget monitoring and financial reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

* Bachelor's/master's degree in commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
* Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
* Experience in handling FCRA, CSR, and donor-funded project accounts will be preferred.
* Experience in the development/NGO sector will be an added advantage.
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
