Job Summary
SUPPORT is looking for a qualified, disciplined, and motivated Fitness Trainer to prepare youth for recruitment in the Indian Army, paramilitary forces, police, and other uniformed services. The selected candidate will conduct physical training, endurance-building exercises, running practice, and physical fitness assessments to help candidates meet recruitment standards and improve their overall fitness and discipline..

Key Responsibility:
* Conduct regular physical training sessions for youth aspiring to join the Army, paramilitary forces, police, and other uniformed services.
* Train candidates in running, endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, and overall physical fitness.
* Organize structured training for running, sprinting, long jump, high jump, and other physical recruitment tests, as applicable.
* Develop daily and weekly fitness training schedules according to candidates' abilities and recruitment requirements.
* Teach warm-up exercises, stretching, cool-down techniques, and injury-prevention practices.
* Monitor candidates' fitness levels and assess their progress through regular physical fitness tests.
* Promote discipline, punctuality, teamwork, confidence, and a positive attitude among trainees.
* Guide candidates on healthy lifestyle practices, nutrition, hydration, and physical well-being.
* Maintain attendance registers, fitness assessment records, training schedules, and progress reports.
* Organize mock physical tests to familiarize candidates with recruitment procedures.
* Coordinate with project staff and local stakeholders to identify and motivate eligible youth to participate in training.
* Submit regular training and progress reports to the concerned project authority.
Essential Qualification
* Minimum 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognized board.
* Certificate or diploma in Yoga, Physical Education, Fitness Training, or a related field from a recognized institution.
* Experience in conducting yoga sessions, fitness training, physical exercises, and wellness activities.
* Good communication skills, physical fitness, and the ability to motivate and guide participants of different age groups.

Experience: minimum 1 year.
