We're hiring an analytical M&E Officer to manage programme monitoring, data quality, dashboards, performance tracking and reporting. The role also supports research, documentation, and the use of AI tools to make data management and reporting more efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up the M&E framework, programme indicators and data collection tools for each project.
• Use AI-based tools to build data collection forms, analysis sheets and interactive dashboards that show programme progress in real time.
• Analyse field data to check progress against targets, spot gaps and suggest what needs to improve.
• Travel to project sites across India to check data accuracy, find reporting gaps and write field visit reports.
• Use AI tools responsibly to speed up data cleaning, analysis and reporting, while keeping data accurate and confidential.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and presentations on progress, key numbers, achievements and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
• B.Tech/B.E. in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Artificial intelligence and machine learning; Bachelors/Masters in Statistics, Mathematics, Data analytics or similar field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers can apply).
• Experience in public health, particularly maternal and child health (MCH), will be an advantage.
Skills Required:
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and dashboard development.
• Familiarity with AI-based tools for data analysis, management and reporting.
• Ability to maintain data confidentiality and work independently.
• Willingness to travel to project locations, with approximately 30% field travel.
Salary:
Salary will be in range of 35,000-40,000 per month commensurate with the previous drawn salary, qualification, and experience.
