1. Child Care & Supervision
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of children at all times, Supervise daily routines such as bathing, dressing, meals, and sleep. Maintain discipline with compassion and understanding
2. Emotional & Social Support
Build positive relationships with children. Provide emotional support and counseling when needed. Encourage good behavior, values, and social skills
3. Health & Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness of children and living spaces. Monitor children’s health and report any illness or concerns. Assist with basic first aid and medical care when required
4. Education Support
Help children with homework and basic learning activities. Encourage regular school attendance and participation. Support overall personality development
5. Daily Routine Management
Follow structured schedules for meals, study, play, and rest. Assist in organizing recreational and cultural activities
6. Record Keeping
Maintain basic records of children’s daily activities, health, and behavior. Report progress or concerns to the supervisor or management
7. Coordination & Teamwork
Work closely with teachers, social workers, and management. Participate in meetings and training programs
